Prices given in this list show VAT at
the standard rate unless indicated
otherwise. Prices do not include
packing or carriage. Prices are subject
to change without notice and are
correct as of the date of publication.
Goods are supplied on the basis of
prices ruling at the date of despatch.

Delivery
Goods are normally despatched
promptly by return but please allow up
to 10 days for delivery, particularly in
the busy pre-Christmas period.
Credit Cards
We are glad to accept all major credit
and debit cards, both on-line and
through our retail store.
Opening Times
The shop is open from 9.30 am to 6.00
pm Monday to Saturday.
How to Find Us
We share premises with Russell &
Chapple in Store Street, situated in
Bloomsbury, Central London. The
nearest Tube Stations are Tottenham
Court Road and Goodge Street. Parking
is available in metered bays in Store
Street and the shop is within the
Congestion Zone.
Carriage
Carriage and packing are charged at
cost and goods are sent by courier.
Our standard charge for up to 30 Kilos
is £12.60 inc Vat, though non-standard
sizes, extended delivery areas or
multiple packages will be charged
accordingly. Delivery is next working
day from the day of dispatch but cannot
be guaranteed. Couriers will normally
make three attempts at delivery. We
recommend that you contact us for a
delivery quotation before ordering.
Please also note that deliveries
cannot be ‘timed’ or delivered outside
working hours, unless delivered by
our own vehicle. Same day deliveries
are available to London addresses on
request.
Collection and ‘Click &
Collect’
Please phone us a day or two ahead
when you plan to pick up from the
shop, in order to give us time to
assemble your order. ‘Click and Collect’
is available for orders placed through
our website.
Account Customers
We welcome account custom from
companies and institutions. Terms are
strictly 30 days net with penalties for

vary according to the process used in
their assembly. Brodie & Middleton
strive to maintain consistency and
continuity in these matters and in no
circumstances will entertain claims
for the value of work alleged to have
been adversely affected by use of any
of our products which prove to be
unsatisfactory to the user. Our liability
is therefore confined to the value of the
goods alone.
